Refund Policy

ApplyKit AI sells personalized digital outputs generated from user-provided information. Because the service begins after payment and produces customized content, completed orders are generally not refundable.

Refunds are available when

A duplicate charge occurred, payment was captured but generation failed and could not be completed after support review, or the wrong amount was charged.

Refunds are generally not available when

The user has received generated outputs but later changes their mind, does not receive an interview or job offer, or uses inaccurate input information.

Request window

Refund requests should be sent within 7 days of purchase.
